180ml Ginger Ale

Serve on the rocks

 

Ron and Ginger just love each other. Mix one part of Ron with three parts of ginger.

 

Add little lime if you want to go fancy. Fresh and lovely.

120ml strawberry puré

1 cup of ice cubes

 

Fresh strawberry slice or a lime peel twist for garnish Add all ingredients to a blender, blend

until smooth. Pour in glass and add the garnish.

DON PANCHO

50ml Ron de Jeremy Reserva

15ml Honey water

15ml Lime juice

20ml Velvet falernum

20ml Belvoir elderflower lemonade

40ml Belvoir ginger beer

2 dashes Angostura bitters

 

First pour over crushed ice the juice, honey water, Velvet falernum, lemonade and ginger beer.

 

Swizzle all ingredients in the glass and fill up with crushed ice. Finish with a shot of Ron de Jeremy Reserva and two dashes of Angostura bitters. Garnish with a dried lime wheel and swizzle stick.

60ml Coco Lopez® cream of coconut

60ml pineapple juice

1 cup crushed ice

 

Pour rum, cream of coconut and pineapple

juice into a blender with one cup of crushed

ice. Blend until smooth, and pour into a large

cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple

or a maraschino cherry and serve.

15ml grenadine syrup

A squeeze of limes

 

Shake, strain into a tall glass full of crushed ice. Top with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and serve with straw.

2.5ml Homemade cocoa bitters

2.5ml Bergamot bitters

25ml Ron de Jeremy Reserva infused

with Bois Bandé and tropical spices

 

Smoked with Bois Bandé wood and served over ice cubes. Lemon and orange peels for the oil and Bois Bandé as a garnish.

30ml blueberry pyré

15ml vanilla sugar

1/2 lime

Top up with cranberry juice

 

Ron loves berries. Build over crushed ice and garnish with lots of berries. Gulp from highball glass.

RONIRINA

60ml Ron de Jeremy Reserva or XO

1/2 Large Lime

2 tbsp - Powder (Confectioner's) Sugar

Crushed Ice

 

Cut the ends off of a large lime. Cut lime in half, then cut one of the halves into 4 pieces. Add lime pieces to a glass, add two tablespoons of powder sugar and use a pestle to squeeze all the juice out of the lime pieces (do not break the lime peel). Fill the glass with crushed ice and

add 60ml of Ron de Jeremy and stir. Enjoy.

Pour the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and strain

10 fresh mint leaves

1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges

2 tbsp - sugar

Top up Club Soda

 

Place mint leaves, sugar and 3 lime wedges into a glass and muddle together. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add the rum and club soda and stir gently.

 

Garnish with a sprig of mint.

CHERRY J SOUR

50ml Ron de Jeremy Reserva

20ml Fresh lemon juice

20ml Cherry Marnier liquer

10ml Creme de Cacao Dark

1 barspoon Galliano vanilla liqueur

5 drops of plum bitters

20ml egg white

 

3 drops from the column filled with Ron de Jeremy infused with vanilla, star anise and cinnamon

 

Dry shake/shake, double strain - one big ice cube, on the top grated chocolate.

180ml Cola

1/8 lime, squeezed

Ice Cubes

 

Fill a glass with ice. Pour rum, add cola, squeeze lime and leave spent lime in drink. Gently stir and enjoy.

LONG RON'S ICED TEA

40ml Ron de Jeremy Spiced

40ml Vodka

40ml Gin

40ml Triple Sec

1 tsp - Tequila

2 tsps - lemon juice

Top up with Cola

2 lemon wedges

 

Combine all ingredients except the cola in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice, top up with cola and stir.

 

Garnish with a couple wedges of lemon.
